成份包括加拿大麵粉和雞蛋，先以優質高級麵粉伴以雞蛋。粉團經人手處理後成為麵餅。先把麵餅蒸熟，再把麵餅焗制，最後成為香氣撲鼻的全蛋麵。素食者亦適宜享用，亦可用作炒麵或伴汁用。無鹽添加岩晒要低納既大朋友和小朋友！
會彈牙既麵，有麵碎係真係好正常。因為要彈牙就要整到個麵脆身，坊間有其他既麵係唔會有麵碎，就係因為犧牲左彈牙呢樣野。魚與熊掌，要美觀就要犧牲口感。
