Product Usage:
Poached beef with XO sauce
Ingredients:
227g (1/2 lb) thinly sliced beef, 300g (10.5 oz) bean sprouts, 8 Chinese chives (coursely chopped)
Seasoning:
2 tbsps Amoy Premium XO Sauce, 2 tsps Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Amoy Genuine Oyster Sauce, 1-1/4 tsps boiling water
Method:
1.Rinse the sliced beef and cut each slice into two or three pieces.
2.Place the bean sprouts and Chinese chives into a pan of boiling water and bring to the boil. Remove from the pan, drain away any excess water, and then arrange on a serving plate.
3.Place the sliced beef into the boiling water and simmer until cooked. Place the beef on top of the bean sprouts and chives and pour over the sauce ingredients. Serve immediately.
Storage Condition:
Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated
after use.
