Product Usage:
Satay Beef Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
70g (2.5oz) beef pieces, 2 bunches of choi sum, 1 pack of instant noodles
Marinade:
1 tsp Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce, 1/10 tsp sugar, a little ground pepper, 1/4 tsp corn starch, 1/2 tsp water, 1/2 tsp oil
Seasoning:
1 packet Amoy Noodle Sauce for Satay Soup, 200g water
Method:
1. Add marinade to beef fillet. Mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Boil 2 cups of water. Add in the instant noodles and choi sum and boil for about 3 minutes. Drain the water and transfer to a large bowl.
3. Bring the soup to a boil and reduce the heat to a medium flame. Add in the pieces of beef and boil until about eight-tenths done. Pour into the bowl and serve
Storage Condition:
Consume immediately once opened
