Stir-fried E-Fu Noodle with Abalone XO Sauce
E-Fu Noodle 150g, barbecue pork 115g, yellow chive 50g, Chinese mushroom 5 pcs, Amoy (Extra Hot) Abalone XO Sauce 6 tbsp
Amoy Premium Oyster Sauce, Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp, Amoy Gold Label Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp, Sugar 1/8 tbsp, water 125ml, corn starch 1/2 tbsp
1.Cook E-Fu noodle in boiling water till tender. Rinse under cold running water. Drain well, then make a cross cut n the noodles.
2. Shred barbecue pork and Chinese mushroom. Rinse yellow chive, drain well and cut into sections.
3. Heat 1 tsp of oil, stir-fry barbecue pork and Chinese mushroom. Add in Amoy Abalone XO Sauce and seasoning. Stir in E-Fu noodle and yellow chive. Stir-fry for a while. Serve hot.
Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated
