Chicken Wings & Potato in Curry Sauce
Chicken wings mid-section 230g, Peeled potato 140g, Peeled carrot 55g, Onion 75g, Water 1-1/4 cup
Amoy Curry Sauce 3 tbsp
Corn starch 3/4 tsp, Water 1 tbsp
1. Cut the onion, potato & carrot into bite size.
2. Saute the onion, add the seasoning & water, bring to boil then add the chicken wings.
3. Stir in the potato, carrot & cook through, switch to medium low heat & cook for further 12 minutes, stir in the thickening & bring to boil again, serve hot.
Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated
