Sauteed Chicken in Sweet & Sour Sauce
Chicken Leg 285g, Cucumber 85g, Red Pepper 30g, Canned Pineapple 100g (diced)
Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 1-1/2 tsp, Sugar 1/4 tsp, Corn Starch 3 tsp
Amoy Sweet & Sour Sauce 6 tbsp, Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp, Sugar 1-1/2 tsp
1. Cut the chicken meat into bite size. Stir in the marinade.
2. Heat the pan with oil, saute in the chicken meat until browned, toss in cucumber and red pepper.
3. Add in seasoning until the sauce thickened, toss in pineapple and serve.
Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated
