Product Usage
1. Use it after shower or before going to bed.
2. Clean the skin before using.
3. Remove the transparent film and stick the cooling sheet to the required area.
4. Do not remove whole transparent film. Firstly to remove half of the transparent film and stick the cooling sheet onto the leg. Then remove the other half of transparent film and stick the cooling sheet onto the legs flatly.
5. Remove the sheet after sleeping, and then clean up the skin by a towel, tissue or water.
1. 沐浴後或睡前使用。
2. 使用前請先清潔皮膚表面。
3. 撕掉透明的塑膠膜，把足貼貼在有需要使用的部位。
4. 塑膠膜不要一次全部撕開，先撕一半貼在腳上，再慢慢撕開另一半，足貼即可平整貼在腳上。
5. 貼著睡覺，翌日睡醒後便可撕掉，再以毛巾、紙巾擦拭或以清水沖洗皮膚。
Product Warnings

6. Avoid repetitive peeling off the cooling sheet as its adhesive power may be weakened.
7. To ensure hygiene for usage and product quality, each cooling sheet can be used for once and cannot be re-used.
8. If using this product with socks and shoes, cooling sheet materials may stick on it.
