Usage:
Rinse the ingredients, soak in water for about 30 minutes, discard the water, add 2 slices of ginger, appropriate amount of pork or chicken, use 12 bowls of water, simmer for 2 hours, then add salt to taste. The serving size is for 4-5 people.

用法:
將材料沖洗後,清水浸約30分鐘,將水棄置,加生薑2片、適量豬肉或雞,用清水12碗,文火煲2小時,之後加鹽調味即可。
