成份包括加拿大麵粉和紫菜，粉團經人手處理後成為麵餅。
先把麵餅蒸熟，再把麵餅焗製，最後成為香氣撲鼻的紫菜麵。素食者亦適宜享用，亦可用作炒麵或伴汁用。
食用方法: 一碗到一碗半水(約400cc) 煲滾後，把麵放入沸水中大約兩分鐘至散開，無需過冷河，連湯放入碗中即可食用
