Usage:
Soak the ingredients for about 30 minutes, add 2 slices of ginger, appropriate amount of pork or chicken, use 12 bowls of water, simmer for 2 hours, then add salt to taste. The serving size is for 4-5 people.

雪耳 – 養陰潤肺。
玉竹 – 養陰潤燥,止渴生津。
杞子 – 滋補肝腎,益精明目。
陳皮 – 理氣健脾,燥濕化痰。
用法:
將材料浸洗約30分鐘,加生薑2片、適量豬肉或雞,用清水12碗,文火煲2小時,之後加鹽調味即可。
